 Welcome to Emash We're committed to providing you with quality products and excellent service. Please review our policies below to understand our procedures regarding warranties, returns, shipping, and taxes. 

🛠️ Warranty Policy

 Coverage:
We stand behind the quality of our products. All items come with a  1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

What's Covered:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
     

What's Not Covered:

  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
     
  • Normal wear and tear.
     

Claim Process:
To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us at info@emashco.ca with your order number and a description of the issue.
     
  2. Provide photographs of the defect, if applicable.
     
  3. We will assess the claim and, if approved, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

 Return Window:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
     
  • Proof of purchase is required.
     

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Product Like Mouse, Keyboards and Charger are not refundable
     

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at info@emashco.ca to request a return authorization.
     
  2. Ship the item to 903 Carling Ottawa, Ontario, K1Y 4E3.
     
  3. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
     

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

🚚 Shipping Policy

 Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Damages:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@emashco.ca with your order number and photos of the damage.

International Shipping:
Currently, we only ship within Canada.

💰 Taxes

 Sales Tax:
We are registered for GST/HST with the Canada Revenue Agency. Applicable taxes are calculated based on the shipping address provided at checkout:

  • Ontario: 13% HST
     
  • Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island: 15% HST
     
  • All other provinces and territories: 5% GST
     

Customers are responsible for any additional taxes or duties imposed by their province or territory.
